Back in 2015, I published the first strip of my Toni & Charlie series.
Since then, I was asked a couple of times whether the Toni & Charlie series was autobiographical. My usual answer to that question is „no, it is not„. I wouldn’t go further than saying the ideas for the episodes are inspired by our family. Otherwise, how could I possibly send my kids into the episode Enchanted Forrest?
However, there is one autobiographical episode and that is episode 1. This conversation between me an my younger daughter really took place in the way blow.
Even now, in 2022, Charlie dislikes bananas rather strongly 🙂
